Lethargy

i'm bored.

lalalalala i know i shouldnt be bored because i should be studying. like how everyone else is. well it's quite true, everyone seems to be glued to their books.

oh well. spent yesterday at botanics cos mom and dad had this church group prayer thing so they dragged the boys and i along. brought along my bio textbook but my brothers kept teasing me about being a nerd so i gave in to brother pressure and left it in the car and we went and played catching around the park in the rain. and we fed the fishes (fish?)!

went to great world today and it was quite boring. spent alot of time in the arcade and played games which were easy to cheat with, e.g. the bball games and the ones which involved throwing balls into something. and our loot? tasty sticks (37), zapple (33), and two packets of lays (45). I KNOW it sucks right??? and like the max no. of tickets we could get from one machine was 20. wasted 4 bucks on the new time crisis, though. i think it sucks, the old one's more fun.

speaking of books, tiara lent me the time traveler's wife the other day and i just finished reading it. IT'S SO GOOD! it's something that you wouldnt mind reading over and over and over again because it's just so... refreshing from all those other books. it's really poignant and- nvm just go read it because right now, words fail me.

oh did i mention that i cut my hair and now i look like a boy? well if i havent, OMG I LOOK LIKE A BOY :( the only thing that's stopping me from looking like an ahbeng is the fact that i have braces and wear glasses. and that i dont have dyed hair. please dont say 'it will grow' because i know it will grow eventually but i need a quick fix nownownownownow!!! maybe tomorrow i'll tie a big pink bow on my head.

okay. so it's the last week of the hols. i had so many things planned for these holidays, you know, like dedicating it entirely to the books? but things dont seem to be going the way i originally planned it to be. had no idea that this hol would be entirely dedicated to reading and POKEMON! :O okay and homework. but that doesnt really count. WHICH BRINGS ME BACK TO THE POINT ABOVE, where i said that everyone is really hitting the books HARD and i really ought to buck up and pull up my socks and everything but you know chinese is really making it hard for me my zuowen sucks like how i failed the mock exam and everything but

i'm totally rambling.

if today was next sunday, we'd be getting ready for the first day of term 3, a.k.a. torture. but on the other hand, i really dont mind going back to school. i kinda miss it.
